Sarah Matton – 10 Talent Management

 

For as long as I can remember I’ve been dancing. That passion led to a university degree, an on-stage performance career, and most importantly, the experience that equipped me with the knowledge and insight to start a talent agency with a performer first approach – 10 Talent Management.

I’ve experienced the disappointment of blowing an audition, and I’ve learned what it takes to succeed.

I am known throughout the industry as someone that is business savvy, compassionate and extremely driven. There seems to be a lack of compassion in the industry. I want to change that perception. I understand the desire people have for the stage. I know how scary it is to put yourself out there. I’ve experienced the disappointment of blowing an audition, and I’ve learned what it takes to succeed. I genuinely care about people and want to help you, as performers, rise to your potential.

That is my “why.”

 

Jessica Cvitkovic – 10 Talent Management

 

Jessica Cvitkovic is a Talent Agent with 10 Talent Management, a boutique agency based in Ontario that specializes in a client-first approach. Jessica brings a diverse professional background to her work, including over 20 years as an accomplished performer, a Professor of Dance at Centennial College, and a national account manager with experience in marketing, advertising, and event planning.

A graduate of RCPA, Jessica’s performance career spans over two dozen professional productions, including 10 seasons with Drayton Entertainment, The Stratford Festival, and a Broadway National Tour. Her film and television credits include various movies, commercials, print ads, and a Netflix feature film. Additionally, she has performed with several pop artists and dance companies, and has collaborated with creative and casting teams on Dirty Dancing: The Musical, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and The Miss Universe Pageant.

In her previous role as a national account manager for an experiential marketing agency, Jessica developed, cast, and directed events across Canada. This experience, combined with her background in coaching and communication, gives her a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the requirements on both sides of the audition table. As a talent agent, Jessica leverages her marketing expertise to help each client succeed. Jessica’s clients appear in major film and television projects, including Disney & Netflix productions, and perform with Canada’s most prestigious theatre companies, such as Mirvish, Stratford, Shaw and Cirque Du Soleil.
